Emagination welcomes children ages 8 to 17, who are divided into three groups for age-appropriate activities. Emagination has locations at suburban colleges and universities across the country, including those near Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, and Philadelphia. Campers can attend a day or overnight program for one or more two-week sessions.

Campers choose their own activities from a mix that encourages a balance between technology, physical activity, and social interaction. Emagination encourages social interaction among campers with evening activities like gaming tournaments, Astronomy Night, Talent Night, and the ever-popular Saturday Showdown, which features epic battles between campers and counselors.
When it comes to technology, Emagination has something for every interest and ability level. Campers can unleash their creativity on digital music, web design, and video game design. They can build robots and RC cars, work on operating systems, explore programming, and play games.
There is also an intensive game design program for older campers who are serious about learning how video games are designed. Teens ages 15 to 18 can learn what it takes to be a 3D animator, level designer, audio artist, story writer, or programmer. They work in teams to build a playable game, which they then present to industry experts to critique.
