Prevention is usually preferable than hoping to heal from the devastation from a significant disaster. Coach your people to avert underage drinking, violence, crime before it has a chance to fester and permanently damage your nightclub. Avoiding underage drinking, ID fraud, crime, violence can only be accomplished through having the appropriate instruction and the correct tools. Everybody in your venue or casino needs to attend continuous training, not only your bouncers. Your teams must be trained well enough to identify the early warning signals that result in venue crime and violent patron conduct. This is because underage drinking and crime and violence and ID fraud may mean the difference between being a high volume nightclub or casino or a venue that falls apart within weeks of opening.

To illustrate, can your venue's staff detect the tell-tale body language that invariably cluminates into a fight? Here are just a small number of the frequently observed signs of criminal and violent intention: Non-stop gawking at other customers, pursing of the mouth, continuous waving of the head, moving around (not to be mistaken for rocking back and forth from being drunk), and piecing glances.

Give your people the tools they need to protect your casino's reputation in your community and liquor license. A nightclub's bouncers need to also be provided with the proper resources to keep out the underage drinkers, identify fraudulent identification cards. In all my years of working on both sides of the issue (inside casinos and as a police officer), crime prevention tools that exists to be sure that a nightclub protects its liquor license and reputation from the risks that accompany violence, crime is a technology called the Club Watch Community Connection. This system enables cities to share the duty of protecting their friends and loved ones at their local venues from violence and crime. It's the most powerful violence prevention tool to keep violent customers accountable for their misdeeds that I've seen in many years of law enforcement and security experience.
