Tools of personal growth are inevitable to ensure that we have a fit emotional and physical health.

But even with massive information on the same, there is one thing that many people are not able to keep a distance from: worry.

We worry for being human, at times occasionally for a worthy reason and other times over small things.

So why do we do it, given the fact that we know it gives rise to physical health problems like depression, heart disease, ulcers, panic attacks and madness among others?

Some of us who are spiritual also read from the holy Bible that he will keep in perfect peace those who trust him, whose thoughts often turn to the lord for help in isaih.26: 3,4.

But when troubles come, we forget so easily where our sole help come from, and we start worrying so terribly.

Additionally, 1 peter 5:7 reminds us that worry does not add a single day to our lives or even do small things as providing food for us.

Still, those of us who are slaves of this even lose sleep for bigger things, yet paralyzed to do something to make them happen.

You and I can bear witness that stress and depression as a result of worrying too much practically add nothing positive to our lives.

Troubles are part of life, and prayerful people ask their God to give them a strong identity that they cannot easily loose to fearful and mentally draining situations.

When you grab this notion, you will accept hard living as part of having your soul with you and work to be a survivor to tell tales and testimonies to coming generations.


I want you to know that no matter what you are going through this minute, you are not alone; many others including me confront this agonizing worry everyday.

You need to hold on and think of worry as a potential contribution to more problems to your health.

Probably, you lost a job, a loved one, a property or it is your children support, but think something like this if I make it through this one, I will be a unique role model for others in my shoes now and in future to yourself.

You see at times, we worry too much that suicidal thoughts start streaming in our brains, not because we have depression at the moment, but because worry obstacles possible solutions from us.

However, everything we are is borrowed from our maker, and if he is not done with our souls, we will continue to wake up in the morning and sleeping in the evening.

Whether we spend twenty-four hours worrying or not; that we are poor, sick, desolate, fat, ugly, single, about our cheating spouses and so on, the sun will set in the west and rise up in the east the next day.

I encourage you this day, to act on your problems no matter how little, for those who try and fail are better than those who sit back and fear and substantially better off than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

Every single minute you enjoy that divine health gives you an extra chance to work out plans on your worry hence reducing your chances of suffering depression and other related disorders.

You may not have people in high places to help you get a job, justice, property and this seems the only way the world is currently operating, but you got your maker.

Money is definitely not his strategy to make positive things happen in your life but his ways are sure and far above our thoughts and understanding.

What is a worry solution to ask of him, if he holds the world in his hands? Come on, do not be down now, do your part and trust him for all that is beyond your power!
