Stop Panic Attacks!

After six long years of my life at war with these horrible attacks, I can tell you that I have only found one way to stop panic attacks. And, that one way is to become unafraid of them.

It can be that simple. You just have to take certain steps.

I remember these attacks. Who could forget! When they are ruining your life there is nothing like it. It's something like being taken over by an alien force.

Still, I devised a method for how to stop panic attacks, and keep them gone! And once I had discovered it, it was easy. They were gone. It's been 30 years.

You can get rid of this anxiety disorder, too. You're not to blame here and learning the cure is easy.

even after I had gotten rid of the panic attacks I still had to deal with my anxieties. Everyone does, and it goes up and down. It's just that, for regular people, anxiety doesn't start up and rage out of control until you feel crazy and afraid.

Crazy and afraid. That's how I felt. I was especially afraid that a panic attack would occur where and when I didn't want it to! Just that fact is pretty strange.

You can't control it or where it happens. In fact, your fear of where it will happen practically guarantees that the panic attack will occur right where you were afraid it would.

Panic attacks (often called anxiety attacks) are all about fear. After all, anxiety IS fear.

I was really worried about this and I was afraid that I could not get away from these attacks...these scary episodes that felt like a psychotic event.

This was about the sixth year and I got a idea. The idea, loosley formed was that I would envision these panic attacks as "evil entities." An entity that was out to get me. And, so far, they were was winning!

Let me tell you about the last time one of these panic attacks tried to take over my world.I saw the last panic attack arrive in my space, and, unable to get a grip on me, give up and go away. Forever. How would you like that?

I was at an intersection on a red light in my car. I started feeling the fearful thought of having a panic attack at the meeting I was going to that afternoon.

Meetings were a real problem for me. I had experienced attacks during business meeting before and I was rightly worried that it would occur again.

Right then I sensed the panic attack was just forming into it's evil entity self, right behind me, in the back seat. The hair stood up on my neck!

Something kind of came over me. Instead of being afraid of the attack, I attacked it!

I screamed at it. I said something like "I'm no longer afraid of you! You are done here. Get out and never come back!" In my anger I saw myself throwing the panic attack out of the car. I did it, I believed in it, and the attacks never returned. I guess I was ready for it.

Now, there were a thousand occurrences prior to this that led me to this "one move" that day in the car.

To put a little finish the story of that time when panic attacks stopped, for me, it went like this. I threw the panic attack out of my car and when the light turned green, I drove across the intersection. I remember clearly that I could see, in my rear view mirror, (or mind) the "evil entity" being run over by other cars in the road!

I know it sounds sort of crazy. A lot of thoughts that happen during extreme anxiety and panic attacks have a "crazy" feeling to them.

And it's the fear of a panic attack that causes the panic attack.

So it all comes down to getting rid of the fear! Becoming unafraid. After that the panic attacks are gone!

It took me SIX YEARS! But it certainly doesn't have to be that way for you.

You can do it a LOT quicker and you can start right now. It can happen fast!

You can get stop panic attacks and get your life back!
