Find the Mold spores
Before putting any mold removal procedures into action you should locate the mold in your home. Although mold can reach in any part of your home but in the beginning stage, mold does not grow everywhere because it finds the places which are best suitable for its survival such as damp and humid areas. So kitchen and bathrooms are the places where mold can attack first. Hidden areas are more prone to mold attack so when you are finding the mold, remember to check the area under carpets, beneath shelves and cabinets and ceiling corners.

What to do before beginning the Mold Removal?
Remember that the mold spores make their way through the air and can easily reach to other rooms of your home from one room so do not forget to seal the target room completely so that air also cannot go out of the room. Use plastic sheets to cover the room from all side and close all the doors and windows of the rooms. These precautions should be taken to block all the openings of the room so that no way remains for the mold spores to escape from the room.

Beginning the process of Mold Removal
Use soap to clean the room thoroughly and move out all the fungi particles from the walls of the room. After cleaning with soap, apply disinfectant to kill the mold particles. Mold spores may also be present in the cracks so use brush to move out these particles from the cracks. The disinfectant should be applied at all places in the room because you may not be able to see the microscopic particles from your naked eyes and the presence of the single mold spore may again make the situation serious as before.

What to do with the mold removed? Collect the mold in the plastic bags and take it outside of your home and throw these bags in the least populated area so that these mold spores do not get any chance to attack any other home.
