Star Wars: the Old Republic is the latest MMORPG being developed by LucasArts and BioWare. The game is developed based on the big screen movie and offers eight playable classes. Four of the classes will be those available to gamers choosing to side with the Sith Empire. Gamers of the dark force get to choose between playing a Sith Inquisitor, Sith Warrior, Bounty Hunter and as an Imperial Agent. With the large focus on Darth Vader, one of the main characters in the Star Wars movie, lots of fans closely follow the development of the Sith Warrior class. The same is seen for the Bounty Hunter class which is depicted as a killer for hire to take down important individuals within the Galactic Republic.

If you choose to play as a Star Wars: the Old Republic Sith Warrior, you'll be looking at brute force as your main weapon. Trained in the art of combat, the Sith Warrior is a natural killer and a fearsome enemy. In comparison to the traditional roles of MMORPG classes, the SWTOR Sith Warrior carries two important roles as a tank and damage dealer. Skills that gamers can expect from this class are those that deal critical damage such as Impale, whacking a group of targets in one go and stunning targets. Similar to the Jedi Knight, the Sith Warrior's main weapon is the light saber. The two available advanced classes for the Star Wars: the Old Republic Sith Warrior, otherwise also known as specializations include the Sith Juggernaut and Sith Marauder. Specific skills for each of the specialization differs to a certain extent, allowing gamers to further customize the Sith Warrior to fit their ideal.

The other Sith Empire class that is quickly growing in popularity is the Star Wars: the Old Republic Bounty Hunter, depicted by Boba Fett in the actual movie. Due to the many interesting gadgets as well as the hi-tech armors and weapons used by this class, it's literally a magnet to Star Wars fans with a technology flare. Polished in the arts of hunting down targets no matter how far and discretely hidden, the Bounty Hunter never fails to take down their assigned targets. Against the traditional MMORPG classes, the best comparison would be the assassin class. These mercenaries are strongly aligned with the Sith Empire and has, on many occasions, shuddered the confidence of the Republic's security and forces. Star War: the Old Republic Bounty Hunter gamers get to choose between specializing as either a Powertech or a Mercenary.

All in all, these are two Sith Empire classes that are quickly gathering interest and worth keeping an eye on in terms of class development towards the official release of Star Wars: the Old Republic.
