Southern California Inland Weddings Venues Are A Plenty

By:

Southern California weddings and wedding reception venues can be found all over the Southern California inland area and offer beautiful ways to celebrate your love with others. There are many locations to choose from. As with other areas of the country, Southern California adds its own flair to it, so if you're looking in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino or Ventura, you'll be sure to be more than satisfied.

Want to get as much value for your dollar and don't know how to select? Be sure to call or go on-line and look to see what each location has to offer. In addition, while doing your research, check to see if there are any restrictions, permits or other fees that will be required.

Los Angeles County

In the city of Long Beach you will find the perfect location for your wedding, the Japanese Gardens. The Gardens are surrounded by tall trees and beautiful green landscape, which also includes waterfalls and a Koi pond. The setting takes place on a piece of 1.3 acres of land that will make you feel as if you are far, far away from the city life. Although the land is spacious, the ceremony can hold up to about 200 guests and approximately 160 for the reception.

Three other wedding and reception locations to consider: Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel (Hollywood), Maxwell House (Pasadena) and Santa Anita Park (Arcadia).

Orange County

Want a magical, almost fairy tale like wedding? Then consider Disneyland, located in Anaheim. After all it's the "Happiest Place on Earth." At Disneyland you can have your ceremony at Sleeping Beauty's Castle or if the New Orleans Square or Jungle areas are more your style, you can also celebrate that way as well. The incredible part of a Disney wedding is the ability to allow yourself to get lost in your own fantasy.

Three other wedding and reception locations to consider: Orange County Performing Arts Center (Costa Mesa), Orange Hill Restaurant (Orange) and Westminster Manor (Westminster).

Riverside County

For a unique wedding site, try the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. From up above you will have breathtaking views of parks and deserts. You start with about a 10-minute ride up the tram then shift to one of the rooms from above.

You may choose to go with the private banquet room that has a rustic ski lodge atmosphere to it. You can also opt for either the Culver Nichols Balcony, which allows a backdrop of giant pine trees as well as majestic mountains, or you can have the restaurant area that includes the balcony that will overlook the desert resorts and other points of interest.

You can also ask for the Francis Crocker Room for a reception area if you want a separate spot from the ceremony. Accommodations for guests will vary pending on which room you choose to use, but you are looking at enough room for about 136 guests.

Three other wedding and reception locations to consider: Crestmore Manor (Riverside), Mission Inn Hotel & Spa (Riverside) and various Temecula Wineries (Temecula).

San Bernardino County

One of the more popular wedding and receptions locations is the Sierra Lakes Country Club in Fontana. With the ceremony set in a gazebo style, you will have gorgeous views of gardens, golf greens, hills and mountains during and after you say your "I Do's." If you opt for an indoor ceremony, a 3,300 square-foot ballroom, decked in dark woods and soft gold's, is on the premises for your convenience and generally holds up to 300 guests.

Three other wedding and reception locations to consider: Christmas House Inn (Rancho Cucamonga), Kimberly Crest House and Gardens (Redlands) and Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa (Lake Arrowhead).

Ventura County

For a beautiful setting in the area of Southern California known as the Valley, consider your wedding at the Camarillo Ranch House. The house, built in 1892, can handle about 600 guests outside and up to 250 guests inside. The house features hardwood floors and other interior woodwork, along with original fireplaces. However, the first feature you'll see as you arrive is the old-time wrap around the house porch.

Interested in a garden wedding, they have three to choose from that include water fountains, trees and beautiful garden settings. The large, manicured lawn will usually include a large canopy to house your wedding ceremony.

Three other wedding and reception locations to consider: Ojai Valley Inn and Spa (Ojai), Sherwood Country Club (Thousand Oaks) and Wedgewood at Buenaventura Golf Course (Ventura).
