Pregnancy is the gift of God. Every woman wants to go through it at least one time in her life. This is the time period when she faces various troubles just to give birth to a new life. She sacrifices several wishes of her; she gives up her regular addictions. Actually these periods of 9 to 10 months are very enjoyable. She can actually feel the baby growing within her womb. This Pregnancy stage trimester is divided into three parts; 1st trimester covers first three months, the 2nd trimester covers fourth, fifth and sixth months and the 3rd trimester covers the last three and very crucial three months. There are certain precautions and yogas should be taken and done to keep you and the baby fit in the Pregnancy stage trimester. The precautions are different in each trimester but its purpose is same.
1During pregnancy, try to avoid long journeys by cars. The jerking of the car might harm your baby. If you have to go somewhere tries to take someone to drive you to your destination, because driving increases your tension and during this period you should not be tensed. If you have to drive by yourself, do not forget to use your seat belts.
2Say no to smoking. Set the priority, whos more important to you? Your addiction or your baby? It is the most important and foremost rule of fitness. The smoke will harm your lungs so as your babys lungs also. It will lead you to cancer and it wont leave your baby unaffected.
3.Do not absorb alcohol. Consult to your husband also. If he wants to give up drinking, it will not be a major problem for you to sacrifice. After all you are doing this for your children. Right? When the babies are in their mothers womb, they take food supplement from their mothers blood. If you drink alcohol, alcohol will also be present in your blood and your baby might take it as food supplement and it will harm the baby very badly.
4.There are many kinds of useful yogas that enhance digestion. In
pregnancy stage trimester you need to do these exercise. Take time in regular basis and do useful yogas properly. It will be helpful for your health.
