Ingredients:

Eight walleye fillets
Two chopped green onions

Six oz crushed almonds
Bread crumbs
Salt
One cup milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Guidelines

Preheat the range to 450 F. Salt the fillets mildly and put in a dash of pepper to taste. Dip the fillets in the milk in addition to easily roll them in the bread crumbs. Placed in a baking dish.
Bake fillets for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

8walleye fillets
2/3 cup vegetable oil
One egg, beaten
One tbspn honey
cup of flour
tsp sea salt
Pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs or

Place the oil in a heavy vessel that may be at least ten inches deep. A cast iron Dutch oven works very well at this.

Beat the egg and merge in the honey. Toss the bread crumbs with the flour, salt and pepper. Dunk the fillets in the egg mixture and then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Set up the skillet and fry until golden brown (about three minutes for every side) or maybe until the fillet flakes easily.

Serve together with lemon wedges.
