EXPAND D:\I386\msgina.dl_ C:\Windows\System32
Repair Windows
- Press ENTER to launch Windows setup at Welcome to Setup screen
- Accept the license agreement by pressing F8
- Perform Windows repair by pressing R
Reinstall Windows
- Make sure that you backup all important data stored on the disk
- Accept the license agreement as above and press R to repair
- Reinstall Windows as per the instructions
- Restore from backup
