We continuously go over the what if senario in our thoughts we actually talk our selves in to having a panic attack did you know that? we constantly check our selves to see how our panic level is. This is what creates a higher level of panic.


Most social phobia disorder victims thought pattern goes something like this!

* If i go out today i may have an attack, i think ill stay in.
* I can not get on the bus today, what if i need to go to the toilet, i would be better off putting the excursion off.
* If i have an attack i will not be able to control it.


If you suffer from social phobia disorder, these words would sound very familiar!

Now a solution. Panic attack is created by us, we create it all in our minds. We have anxious thought which makes us scared, then we fear the fear, it is a vicious circle. There is 4 things i want you to do from this day on, make this part of your new up dated therapy.

* Except panic anxiety completely in to your life.
* Familiarize your self with its arrival and side effects.
* When the symptoms arrive request the attack to deliver more.
* Then give it the invitation to appear the following day.


No, i am not crazy if that is what your thinking. First lesson, never ever try to push panic away, except it is here, and deal with what it gives you. I want you to think about this, every attack you have ever had what happened to you besides the fear?
