Ageing is a natural process, is happens to all of us. For some it is easy to go though the changes, however for people like me who do not like change a lot, it can be a little scary at times. However, there is nothing to worry about, wrinkles are a part the ageing process and we should accept it. At times it does get a little difficult, there is no way of reversing this process; however we can definitely; slow it down, by making small changes in our lifestyle.

We do not have any time to take care of ourselves; this is basically the reason we end up eating taking out food almost every day. I understand the fact that you are busy; however this is our body that we are talking about, and it needs proper care and nourishment. So make changes make small changes and you will be able to see the difference in your skin and in your health.

What do you eat for lunch every day burgers, hotdogs? - Why don't you exchange your regular meal for a salad? If you have to go out and eat every day, you might want to try the variety of salads that the stores carry these days. It is definitely not as good as the salad that you can eat at home, however it is still better than having a cheese burger for lunch. Green vegetables that you eat will make your skin better.

Try to add broccoli to your regular food, it is a great vegetable with amazing advantages. Switch coffee with green tea, I know we all need our caffeine kick in the morning, however you can try to switch coffee with green tea for the rest of the day. Green tea is rich in anti oxidants which is amazing for skin and will make you look younger for many years to come.

Moving on to the evening snacks, these are the things that harm us the most, eating chips, crackers and pastries as mid day snacks can fill your stomach, but they leave you bloated and eating them on a regular basis is definitely not good for your digestion system. They can increase cholesterol level, which will also increase your stress leave and if you have a high stress level, then you will definitely age faster.

Because of the hours we spend in the office, we barely get any time to work out. Working out makes the body sweat, this is a phenomenon that helps us in losing weight and also keeps a check on the pours of our skin. So you should always try and take out time for a nice work out, even if it is 30 minutes walk on the tread mill.

Anti- ageing products that are available in the market, which you can try; they will not get your wrinkles off completely, however they will definitely help in tightening of your skin. So you see small choices that you make health wise, will help you do better in the future.
