Slow Computer - How To Fix Your Slow Computer

By:

Do you have a slow computer and desperately want to restore it back to its original "out of box" condition? Well if you want to speed up your CPU, here are 2 things that you can do:

Fix Your Slow Computer By Doing A System Restore
Many times, your computer may be slow because of a faulty program you have installed earlier. If this happens, you can speed up your CPU by doing a System Restore.

A system restore is a function on your CPU that will restore your PC to a previous point in time, which will most likely be before your PC slowed down considerably. To do a system restore, click the start button and select all programs. Once All Programs has been selected, click on Accessories. From Accessories, select System Tools and within System Tools you should be able to find System Restore.

Fix Your Slow Computer By Bringing It To A Computer Technician
Another method to fix your slow PC is to bring your system to a CPU technician. However, if you leave your PC for professionals to repair, you have to expect a hefty repair bill. PC repair bills can range from 10's of dollars to 100's of dollars depending on the size of the problem. Unless you are ready to spend 100's of dollars fixing your CPU, then this method is not recommended.

Most cases of slow PCs have to do with your windows registry. If you want to speed up your CPU and restore it back to its original state, you will need to fix and repair your windows registry.

Speed Up My Computer By Fixing My Windows Registry With Registry Cleaners
If your windows registry is damaged, your CPU will slow down dramatically. Unless you are a computer expert and can fix the complex windows registry yourself, it is recommended to use registry cleaners to fix your windows registry.

The windows registry acts as the brain behind your PC and is a crucial component that contributes to your systems performance. The main goal of a registry cleaner is to help repair and fix all the errors that have accumulated throughout the years of use and restore your CPU back to its original "out of box" state.
