President Obama is urging moms to get back in school. Scholarships for Moms has been established to aid in the attack against the dismal economical outlook.


To start, he has raised the Federal Pell Grant to $5,500. Moms, single or not maybe able to afford the college costs with the additional assistance.


He is also handing out multi-thousand dollar scholarships to help lift the financial burden of college. Many moms will qualify for the $5500 Pell grant and realize the dream of a higher education, a better paying job and contributing to the rebuilding of the economy. Moms are real busy either as stay at home moms or working so the option of taking on line courses makes time and money sense. When the kids are asleep mom goes into motion as a college student. Many colleges and universities have this option, along with schools that are primarily on line.


A $10,000 scholarship will be offered to the moms who did not qualify for the Pell grant. This scholarship will only be given to a small portion of the moms due to the popularity of the program. College degrees for moms are very expenses whether on line or in a classroom and the various scholarship funds make it possible for the majority who do attend. The sagging economy will benefit as well as the moms that receive a better degree and job from the educational scholarship fund programs. Most Moms will need their own money plus the $10,000 scholarship fund to pay for all the college expenses which helps the economy by investing in the education sector. The higher the degree the higher the salary in most businesses. Obtaining a college degree for a single mom is difficult and yet so worth while since it also betters their family as well as the graduate. Moms see the scholarship program as a real gift to improve their living conditions.


The greatest value of the scholarship program might be the hope of a mom for a better future to come true. Taken literally, the American dream is achieved when one owns a home. Home ownership is costly and takes a steady income which means moms must get a better education that opens jobs that pays more money so they can afford the dream. Moms are helping the economy of the country by improving the education through the scholarship program.


Going to college for moms on a scholarship is like there is nothing to lose but everything to gain, why not. Moms can become a better parent and more worldly in addition to helping the economy when taking the plunge and go back to college with the help of the Obama scholarship programs. Drawings will be held for moms to win scholarships each month, so anyone interested should not hesitate to register.


College is for other moms not me, it is to costly & no time are no longer excuses due to the scholarship program that encourages every mom to do it now.
