You may normally eat only 3 meals per day. However, you must eat more frequently to reduce fat quickly. Eat 5 to 7 small meals each day. Eating once every 2 to 3 hours will keep your metabolism functioning as effectively as possible.

Suprisingly, one of the best ways to reduce fat quickly is to simply consume more water each day. Drinking water is surely not something new to you. However, the majority of people have no clue the amount of impact it has on burning fat. You need to drink more water. It is an absolute necessity to keep the body functioning appropriately.

You should perform at a high level of intensity when doing cardiovascular exercise. High intensity cardiovascular exercise is one of the best ways to reduce fat quickly. You should perform this exercise for 15 to 25 minutes on 3 to 5 days each week.

Another way to reduce fat quickly is to include weight training in your workout program. Include weight training on 3 or 4 days per week. When you build lean muscle mass, you burn more calories during the day. This phenomenon occurs even when your body is at rest, so take advantage.

You need to workout as prescribed above, but do give your body a week off every eight weeks. After a period of training hard, your body needs time to recover from the stress. You should take a full week off after about 8 weeks of straight training and from cardio exercise.

When you concentrate on losing fat so much, sometimes you forget to track your progress. Tracking your progress will help you to reach your goals and help to keep you from becoming discouraged. Everyone changes at different rates, so keep this in mind.
