Now you will need to advertise your house. You may put out flyers with all the details of your house at the local restaurants, coffee shops, book stores etc. Do not forget to put your house photographs. Take the pictures on a bright sunny day, so that the pictures are bright and clear. You can also advertise in local newspapers, classifieds, local radio station etc. You can post these ads over the internet too. It has been observed that selling houses on the internet is far more easier and quicker.
You will get calls from potential buyers. Show your house to them. Be prepared. Be professional about selling your house. If you leave any loose strings, it may affect your deal. Discuss about the house features etc. mention all the appliances included, the recent repairs done etc.
Be ready to negotiate. Settle for the deal you find best.
