What they want is a way to help make residual income in their lives and a way to help pay off some of their bills or a way to finance their goals or have the extra money to the vacation of their dreams for example.

This is why you have to market a solution for peoples' needs and wants first before the info about the business because if you market the aspects of you business first nobody will be interested because that is not what they wanted in the first place. They wanted the hole and not the drill for example.

A good way of finding out what people actually want is to give them surveys so you know what it is they want in their lives and how your business can cater to their needs and find a way for them to get what they want through your MLM business.
