Well this program can be a little over overwhelming for someone just starting out, but he does have weekly conference calls that offer great help for those that may not no where to start, but one drawback I notice right away was this program does teach a bit too much of useless information within the program that can cause someone just starting out to get confused really quick..

Like I stated before the weekly calls are great to get your questions answered, but what if you are working on your business late one night late night..Well they do have the support phone system but you can never speak with a live person you have to leave a message and they will get back to you within 48 hours..They also offer a support emailing system there they promise to get back to you within 24 hours, when I tested this for this reveiw it took about 6 hours for them to get back to me...And of course they also have the regular email system the too promises to get back to you within 24 hours..
