Scrumptious Maggi At Reddy's | Pune

What you see Reddys has nothing fancy about it in terms of ambience or dcor. A subtle roadside eatery, Reddys is all about eating under the shade of a tree on a less busy road in Pune. Haunted by hordes of students and foreigners residing in Koregaon Park and a few places nearby, this street food pushcart is surely a hotspot. Patrons here dont mind sitting on the pavement apart from the few stools and chairs available. You can always hear some foreigner cite, Bhaiyya, do chai!

What you get Reddys offers you great value-for-money snacking options. With no menu available, the proprietor crams all that is available. Toasted Bread and Butter with sizzling hot tea at Rs. 15 is a great starting option. Theres also an array of delectable choices like Cheese omelet, Cheese toast, Sandwiches, Veg rice and Egg rice and Maggi.

The eatery is especially popular for its Maggi. This yummy breakfast item (though it is available at all times at Reddys) blends well with tea. Available in variants, you can choose from Veg Maggi, Cheese Maggi or Maggi with Egg Fry and Maggi with Half Egg Fry. These come in a price range of Rs. 20 to Rs. 40. The noodles served here are made of the traditional old Maggi but with a twist. The one with egg fry is well recommended. If you wish to try something different, go for the one with half egg fry that comes with sauted onions, tomatoes and capsicums topped with steaming hot egg poach sprinkled with masala. But if you are a true blue vegetarian then opt for the Cheese Maggi. It comes garnished with grated cheese that melts in your mouth along with the delicious, hot noodles. A must-have we suggest.

If you are in a mood to stuff yourself, then Veg Rice or Egg Rice can be your choice. Priced at Rs. 25 and Rs. 35 respectively, these are also awesome delicacies.

Our verdict Reddys is the perfect eating joint where you can hangout with your friends. It has got no ambience at all yet has developed a connection with its patrons on food. It is an ideal place for students to grab a bite without emptying their pockets. No wonder that sometimes its so crowded that you have to wait for your order. Service is very good. You can park your vehicle and have your fill sitting on it if you want.

What you pay for a meal for two Rs. 100 - 150
