Sameera Reddy - Bollywood Hottest Actresses

Sameera Reddy is one of Bollywoods hottest actresses. She has evolved from from being an arm-candy of other actors to an individual actor with a list of versatile films behind her. Sameera Reddys first screen debut was in Pankaj Udhas video Aahista with a blond male Caucasian and since then, there was no looking back.

Partly influenced by her siblings success, she bagged some modeling assignments, including Lissome, as well as appeared in a Telugu movie. Plump, hair tied back, and bespectacled, she started working as a Marketing Executive with a multi-national company after finishing her studies.

Sameera decided to take her acting career seriously and finally join Bollywood. Ever since then, she starting working out, eating the right foods, going to the gym, jogging, Kathak (a dance form in South India), swimming and yoga. She allowed herself 8 hours of sleep every day and indulged her skin with all kinds of natural ingredients like curd and honey and generally avoided make-up.

This regular routine paid off resulting in one of Indias hottest film actresses. She made her Bollywood debut opposite Sohail Khan in Maine Dil Tujko Diya. This movie did not fare well but got her noticed and launched her career in Bollywood.

Sameera Reddy was born on 17th December 1982 in Rajamundry, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has two sisters Sushma Reddy and Meghna Reddy who were a big part of the glamour industry working as models and video jockeys.

She completed her schooling from Bombay Scottish, Mahim and then studied at the Sydenham College, Churchgate. She is actively involved with Crayons and Dreamz Homes, an initiative that supports the cause of homeless children. While in college, she appeared in the popular music video for Pankaj Udhas Aur Ahista Kijiye Baatein.

However, she opted to work as a marketing executive before she moved into movies. She debuted in Bollywood with Arbaaz Khan in 2002 in the film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. Sameera Reddy has gone a long way from a marketing executive to a sexy actress.

Sameera Reddy has many films in line, not just in Bollywood but also in cinemas in the film industry in the South. Some of her upcoming films are NADUNISI NAAYGAL (Tamil), TEZZ, RACE 2, VETTAI (Tamil), VETA (Telegu), DON 2 and an untitled venture by the actor-director-choreographer Prabhu Deva.

Sameera has always had a much speculated personal life. Sameera Reddy has had alleged link ups with director Sanjay Gupta, south Indian actor NTR Jr., a French DJ, an industrialist and cricketer Ishant Sharma. Her mother is very worried that her work keeps her from entering the dating scene and she is missing out on a potential love life.

However, the actress claims that she is presently single and focusing on molding her career. Though Sameera has always steered clear of controversies, she has been in a recent controversy with Anil Kapoor, where she was reprimanded by Anil for making him wait for three hours for a film that the two of them are doing together.
