On my first trip to Malvan I enjoyed the greenery and the beaches. Beautiful memories were created when I was there for my school excursion. It was long back during my school days that I went there but the memories were so green that it seemed only yesterday. This month again I had a chance to visit the lovely place. The plan was made by my brother and his wife. They wanted to celebrate their anniversary at Malvan along with family.
We were all excited to go to Malvan to enjoy some spicy dishes and beautiful beaches. We decided to hire a cab for our trip and our bookings were done in
Hotel Sagar Kinara. The day we reached there, I was the first one to hop out of the hotel. I took a lone stroll in the beach which was quite refreshing. There were many water based activities on the beach. I was not in the mood to explore anything else. All I did was enjoying the cold breeze and waves. I was not aware of the time till my brother came along and sat beside me. It was more than one hour that I was sitting in the beach and enjoying the nature.
After some time we both went back to the hotel. It was dinner time when we came back to the lobby. We were served some of the best Malvani dishes we had ever. The dishes were so spicy that our faces turned red but the taste was so good we didnt stopped eating. After the big dinner we were given some sweets as deserts. It was a huge relief to have some sweets after having so much spice.
We had a good game of cards after our dinner. Our game lasted till 3.00 am in the morning. We noticed that some staff was around us all time to help us with our any request. It was very kind of them. The staff at Hotel Sagar Kinara was very helpful and they were ever ready to serve our needs.
Our next day was completely out of hotel. We went to Sindhdurg fort for trek and even managed to go to tarkarli. It was a great day spent with family. By the time we got back to the hotel it was very late. We were so tired that we hardly talked with each other. We finished our dinner and was quick to lock ourselves in the room and then into deep sleep. We were checking out the next day. Everything was packed and we were set to vacant the rooms. They arranged a cab for us for our journey. The staffs were very helpful as they helped us loading the luggage. After wonderful weekends we were off to our busy life again. On our way back, hardly 30 minutes after we left, we received a call from
Hotel Sagar Kinara stating that they found a mobile in our room. To our surprise we found that our father has forgotten his mobile phone. We went back and thanked them for their help. It was really nice when you meet such honest people in your trip.
