Safety Performance Of Kia Soul

By:

The 2011 Kia Soul is a hybrid minivan that is only slightly different from the 2010 model. It is available in four levels of trim: the base model, sport model, exclaim model and the hatchback model. The price range starts at $13,300 to $18,495 depending on the car's trim level.

The first thing that strikes you about the Kia Soul is the way it looks like a child's toy that has been designed by a hyperactive, caffeine-addicted, Attention Deficit Disorder sufferer. The thinking behind the aesthetic design is obviously Kia's attempt to shake of the drab and cheap impression that many people have of the brand. The boxy body, with odd curves, tall roofline and high ground clearance does look a lot more striking than anything else that has rolled out of Kia's Korean production line, but is it all a bit too much for the classically reserved British palette?

With its 7 seats and twin rear sliding doors, the new Kia Sedona makes for happier driving for families. Eight cup holders and seat back tables in the second and third rows will house drinks, games and books, occupying the kids on those long journeys. There are 6 airbags in total, plus ABS (Advanced Braking System) and EBD (Electronic Braking Distribution), so the new Kia Sedona is serious about safety as well as comfort.

Safety features include two front airbags, front-mounted side airbags and side curtain airbags for all seat rows. The braking system of the 2011 Sedona is made up of four-wheel ABS discs. It also has added safety features such as the stability control, traction control, electronic brake distribution and the brake assist. It has a fuel economy rating of 18 mpg for city driving and 25 mpg for highways.

Will the Kia KV7 go into production? Quite possibly so, especially if it loses its gull-wing doors, a safety issue for some. In a market dominated by the Dodge Grand Caravan, Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna and Chrysler Town & Country, the Kia KV7 certainly brings something different to the table, underscoring Kia's desire to remain relevant in this still important vehicle segment.

The insurance companies have to shed out huge sums of money for individual health, disability or death which is related to liability in a car accident The insurance companies would naturally have a cheap auto insurance quote for these vehicles. Since they are sure that the chances of auto liability claims or fatality would be much lower in vehicles which are tested for their safety in auto accidents.. Secondly, the use of these vehicles by your teenager would also give you peace of mind regarding the safety of your teenager.

The Rondo can accommodate up to seven people when the 3rd seat is in use. These features helped the Rondo receive five star ratings from the U.S. Government in driver front, passenger front, front side crash testing.
