Mac DVD To MOV Encoder
Lets say you are a Mac user and have a DVD collection. If you want to rip the DVDs to your Mac hard drive for playing/editing the DVD rips in QuickTime, iTunes, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express, iMovie or other Mac applications, you have to decode your DVDs to a video format like .MOV compatible with these applications with a Mac DVD to MOV ripper/converter.

Step1. Load DVD files to iSkysoft DVD Ripper for Mac
Insert a DVD onto the DVD-Rom, drag & drop DVD disc icon
on the desktop to this program or click File -> Load DVD to load titles/chapters from disc drive to this program. The DVD files will be listed at the main panel in a minute.
Step2. Select MOV as output format
Youre allowed to edit the DVD movie files before the Mac DVD to MOV conversion:
1. If you want to combine multiple titles/chapters into one big file, just check "Merge into one file" at the bottom of the program. On the other hand, you can split a big VOB file into several segments using the Trim function.
2. You can remove unwanted backdrops, black borders or emphasize a particular focal point by cropping the DVD movies.
3. You can adjust the output parameters such as, video quality, audio track, bitrates, aspect ratio, brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. to customize the quality output.
Step3. Start to change DVD to MOV on Mac OS X
Press the "Convert" button to get the converting process going. Then all you need to do is transfer the converted file (.MOV) onto the Mac applications QuickTime, iTunes, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express, iMovie etc. for playing or editing.
