Rhode Island Infiniti M Drivers Watch As The Qx56 Gets Even More Luxurious

Infiniti and beyond? Perhaps, with a new look that separates the Infiniti brand from Nissan and will give Infiniti a unique look, but one more comparable to other luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz and Lexus than like its sister brand Nissan. Rhode Island Infiniti M dealers are confident this is the right move for Infiniti.

The new 2011 Infiniti QX56, a large SUV, is in showrooms this month and has obvious similarities to the Nissan Armada. But not so for future Infiniti models they will be more upscale in appearance, although they will still share some of the unseen components.

The 2011 QX model, built in Japan and not the Canton, Mississippi plant where it was previously made, has some interesting styling. It is large and in charge, but not as stylish as the company hopes future models will be. It is longer, heavier and wider than some of the comparable SUVs, but should compete nicely with its rivals. Customers of Rhode Island Infiniti G Convertible will appreciate the sheer size of this new SUV.

I have to say it is a bit funky looking with the fender vents (Yes, theyre real!). The drivers side vent is actually a cool air intake that goes to the engine and the passenger side vent is a real opening just to add symmetry. Its kind of like some of the staircases and doors in the Winchester Mansion it leads nowhere.

But thats not where the Infiniti brand plans to head. With the break from Nissan styling, Infiniti plans to cruise to the front of the competition and continue to surprise and delight buyers with new innovations in styling, technology, safety, comfort and all-around luxury.

It will be interesting to see how Infiniti comes up with a unique look and if it will, indeed be unique, or just an adaptation of the current look or that of other luxury brands. With all the automakers and the array of models each offers, its not difficult to believe that there are no new or unique looks left. But, who knows, Infiniti might just surprise us with one.

Rhode Island Infiniti M dealers will be waiting anxiously for the new look from Infiniti. No word on when exactly that will appear, but my guess is we wont have to wait long since the company is already teasing us with it. I have to admit Im curious.
