So, is this the saviour from dodgy diets, and can you really lose 14lbs in 21 days....?

Like me, no doubt you've tried many different weigtloss products and programmes, and also like me
you've probably found that only a few work, and thats whilst you stay on their course. As soon as you
start living a normal life again the weight that was lost comes back and more to the point brings
reinforcements with it, so as a result instead of getting slimmer I've found myself getting steadily fatter
with slim times scattered thoughout - I am sure that I'm not alone in this.

For years I have been looking for the 'perfect' weightloss plan, one where there was no counting of
any sort (including calories), no pill popping and no real restrictions of what you can and can't eat (as
I have found that as soon as a certain food was in the out of bounds list the craving for it started).

So imagine my excitement when I stumbled across 'The Slim Girls Box of Secrets', apparently this
package offers a weightloss solution that requires no diet, no pills and no rigourous exercise plan! This
package has been writen and put together by a man called Ali Campbell - a celebrity life coach and
hypnotherapist - whose clients include Kelly Rowland, Mica Paris and Sinitta - he has made a name for
himself as an authority in helping women lose weight and (more importantly for me) keeping it off.
Well I just had to try it....

So I sent away for my box....

On receipt of my package, I opened the parcel carefully and found a beautiful gift box inside which
contained a complete pack of expert advice and help on all aspects of healthy weightloss,
confidence building, exercise tips and tips on how to look your best for your figure, face shape and
choice of make-up and clothing colours. All this fantastic information takes the form of 2 DVDs, 2 CDs
and a book.

I must say, I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the product and couldn't wait to get
started!

The book, although quite large at 200 pages, turned out to be an easy read with Ali's easy, friendly,
chatty language. There are dotted throughout the book, little exercises which help focus the mind and
keep you motivated.

In the DVDs Ali introduces himself and one of his client's - Claire, together with Claire, Ali takes you
gently through his weightloss techniques, which support the book. He shows you how to control food
cravings by doing a simple tapping routine - which although made me feel a bit daft when dealing
with my cravings in public - certainly does the trick.

On the exercise DVD Ali introduces his personal trainer Alba, who, with the help of Claire, shows how
to do the very simple, non techie workout with items from the kitchen cupboard. These very simple
exercises are very effective - I am not one who enjoys alot of exercise - I'd rather go for a walk in the
country - found that they were not hard to do and you can get through them nice and quickly and
get on with the day.
