Vertical axis when turbines are a lot more expensive than horizontal axis wind turbines.

With all this in mind, you need to consider the price of the home wind turbine device that you might buy. Once you've collected all this data and understand approximately where you're going to locate the wind device, you can assess what the right price is that you need to pay.
