Rescuing Connecticut Kids With Our Unwanted Cars?

By:

It's totally sad, when you think about it. At this very moment, you will find that there exist far too many unhealthy, famished, homeless, grief-stricken, and horrified youth trying to survive on our merciless Connecticut streets. These "lost children" are out in the elements, in plain sight, dirty, ashamed maybe even suicidal.

A number of these kids eat out of the trash, and an even higher percentage have gotten chemically addicted to narcotics including crystal, heroin, and crack.

Listen, I assure you that it isn't my goal to be a big downer here. I only want to present the reality of the situation to you, and sugar-coating it wouldn't be doing anyone any favors. Likewise, I would like to hopefully motivate and inspire you to actually do something to help. And knowing the exact nature of the dilemma is paramount to fixing it. Not only that, but when you contribute in the way suggested in this article, you actually get some pretty great stuff in return. We'll touch on this a little later on.

Before we get into that, however, I want to tug on your heart strings just a little more. (I guess I'm kind of cruel like that!) But seriously... If you're willing, please participate in this exercise...

Take a moment to visualize not these kids, but your own. If you don't have kids, I'm sure someone you love does, and I'm sure you love that child or those children quite a bit. Now imagine your son or daughter somehow becoming displaced, and ending up on the street. And some monster introduces him or her to crystal meth, and makes them do unimaginable things to "earn their keep." Your kid eats out of dumpsters, begs for people's spare change, and has very likely contracted unspeakable diseases... and has no access to medical treatment.

Now put yourself in the picture, approaching your baby, holding him or her with all the care and compassion in the world, and returning this suffering child to your loving home.

But for the kids on our Connecticut streets, this is seldom an option, as they've got no caring parents to turn to. In fact, they've got nobody at all. Their folks may be dead... or in prison... or driven crazy by their addictions. Sadly, some of these kids were initially put in these situations by their parents, who prostituted them out for drugs. Please understand, this is NOT uncommon. Most of these kids are good kids who just never really stood a chance.

This really sucks, but how can I change it?

That happens to be the $10,000 question. In truth, the answer is very easy to grasp. Ready for it? Contribute your automobile to a Connecticut automobile donation charity as soon as you're able to do so. When you do, the charitable organization can make an incredible difference in the health and welfare of these boys and girls.

Will I be otherwise compensated for my contribution?

Wanna know what I find kind of shocking? The volume of individuals who think that they should feel embarrassed if they expect repayment for their auto donation. Believe me when I say that there is certainly not a thing wrong with wanting something for yourself. Besides, we happen to be discussing a car here. You have every right to be compensated!

Consequently, you receive capital compensation, not in the form of currency from the car donation charity, but alternately, a significant tax credit from the IRS. The amount may even be of greater value than the vehicle itself! This is just further proof that giving your unwanted automobile to charity is excellent for every one of us.
