Make a diary of each attack: this one could be a great way to keep track of your panic attacks. Try to write down everything that happens after you get over with panic attack. This will remind you of the things that caused your attack, what remedy did you use, how severe the attack was, and other factors that you think will be helpful as information. Bring this every time you see your doctor so he could also keep track of the severity of the attack. So, he will be able to have a good assessment and provide you with more effective methods to use. He will also remind you of the things that you need to avoid that could possibly cause panic attacks.

These three are just simple but could be of great help for panic attacks. This is more on prevention rather than treating panic attacks. Preventing an attack as much as you could possibly can is better than to deal with the attack itself.
