If the idea of dating other women right now makes you uncomfortable, then just flirt with them. Thats harmless and wont push your ex further away. This can be especially effective when you see your ex girlfriend with a bunch of her girlfriends. Pay attention to all of them, flirt, flirt, flirt ! But dont pay any attention to your girlfriend. If you show her that you have changed and you make her see you as the in-charge type of guy who is attractive to other women and if you start being a little aloof to your ex you can shift the power in your favor. If your ex doesnt show some sign that she wants you back after you do these little things then its possible she might be ready to move on. But in the majority of cases womens emotions will kick in and you can get back together with your ex.
