Reasons You Got Dumped By Your Girlfriend

There are many things that go through a person's head after a break-up. The list of reasons why can be very extensive but here are a few reasons you got dumped that stand out in my head.

Being overly possessive is one of the top ones on the list. People hate being in a relationship and feeling strangled. They want to still have some of the freedom that they had before the relationship began. I have seen this kill many good relationships over the years.

Another one that stands out in my mind is when one partner tries to change the other into another person. This is a sure-fire reason you may get dumped. If not dumped there will be a ton of negative reactions to you from the affected partner at some point in time. You met the person and got involved with them, why would you change them if you liked them to begin with? Ask this question before doing things that will have negative impact on the relationship and prevent you the pain of getting dumped.

Jealousy is another big reason you can get dumped. If your partner is constantly being hounded by your jealous thoughts or actions that will push them away faster than anything! Remember that your partner chose to be with you and that monitoring all her actions will make things utterly dreadful for you both. If the person wants to cheat they will find a way. But by removing the jealous and controlling actions will show that you have the utmost faith in your relationship and most times brings couples closer together.

These reasons listed are just a few of the many reasons that you got dumped. By changing your way of thinking and having more of a positive outlook on things the next relationship you enter may end up being the one that lasts. I have seen the above reasons destroy relationships repeatedly and feel that they are some of the hardest things to get past. It can be done though with some perseverance.
