Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain can be caused by an injury like a torn ligament or torn cartilage. Osgood-Schlatter disease. This situation affects the softer area of the bone near the top of the tibia where bone growth is. It is more common in boys who play games or sports that involve running or jumping. The discomfort can last from a few months and may continue until the child repeat the bones stop growing.
Osteochondritis buffer. It is caused by decreased blood flow to the end of the bone, separating osteochondritis is a common condition in which a piece of cartilage with a thin layer of bone underneath, separate from the tip of a bone. It is most common in young men, especially after a knee injury.
