Most people who smoke cigarettes know about the damages this can cause to the inside of your bodies, but do you really know about the damage it can cause to the outside of the body? You might think you do, but here are some damages you might not know about yet. The early loss of hair and teeth, the early graying of your hair and even the graying of your skin. When you smoke your skin starts to age faster, not only on the outside but the inside as well. These are several good reasons to tell your children about.

With all of these happening to the outside of your body, a lot of you women will try adding more make-up to cover up these problems. But the main thing to remember is that you have the inside problems to deal with too. Your body will start aging faster all over and not just on your face. Smoking affects the entire body, not just one or two areas. Above all, smoking causes cancer. Some cancers can be slow movers and then you have the really fast movers. Pancreatic cancer is a quick spreading cancer and by the time they find it, it is often too late for treatment to be very affective. Pancreas cancer can be caused by smoking.

Taking the treatments for any type of cancer is not a pleasant experience and in most cases very painful. With most of them you will end up losing your body hair either in one spot or your entire body. In most cases your hair grows back, but it will take some time. Men usually do not really care so much about their looks, but women do. Hair loss can be the least of your problems when undergoing chemotherapy. This treatment will make you really sick to your stomach and vomiting is common. You will be very weak and drained feeling. Chemotherapy can kill cancer cells, but it is not that great for the rest of your body either.

If you are a smoker you should really try to quit. For some, this seems just almost impossible to achieve. There are several things on the market to help you with this. But the thing to remember is this you have to have the willpower to quit or you are most likely wasting your time. You can quit cold-turkey, but this is not always the way to go for everyone. Stepping down gradually is one way that works for many people as long as the stepping down eventually leads to stopping smoking all together.
