I have a couple of clients who are working with me to publish a newsletter. They are both in medical professions which makes sense for wanting something to give to their patients on a long term basis. It also provides a great cost benefit ratio for time, money and effort. I am convinced, however, that email marketing is the basis for all your marketing because it is usually the first personal contact you have with a prospective client.

Distributing your ezine is a simple way to stay in tough with potential and former clients. It is another way to get your name out there so that people think of you as a resource when they need your services.
