Provide Your Kids With Recession Proof Ways To Earn Money

By:

Kids don't understand (or only have a small understanding) how bad our economy has gotten which can be a problem when they are looking for ways to earn money. Like many folks your kids will likely get to a certain age when they start to become more curious about cash and start looking for ways they can make their own. But these days there aren't that many jobs for them going around, thanks to the high unemployment rate.

Plenty of the positions that used to be taken on by avid teens (such as working at fast food outlets) are being filled by adults who have either lost their jobs or just needed extra earnings to make ends meet. But there are a few methods to make cash that are fairly recession-proof and appropriate for the more youthful generation as well.

One superb way for children to earn a few bucks is by filling out internet surveys. Parents, help your kids find legit sites so they won't waste their time, as there are plenty of people out there on the web who are looking to scam anyone and your children are prime pickings for them to make money fast. One warning sign to look out for is if the company asks you or your child for money, they aren't the real deal.

Another good way for youths to make some money is to start a neighborhood dog walking business. Teens who are interested in becoming a dog walker do not need to come up with any money to start their business and they can take on as much work as they desire. This way you child won't be giving up their adolescence in the place of earning a few extra dollars.

Ultimately, another superb way for kids to earn income is with a blog. Many computer age kids are finding themselves doing this today and it is far easier than many realize. A kid or teenager can simply come up with a keyword in relation to a subject they enjoy and start a free blog in which they can write posts about the topic. The more quality posts that they come up with the more traffic will be driven to their site which can lead to making a little extra money.

With these few ideas you can be confidant that when your child asks how he or she can earn some money that you have a recession-proof solution for them.
