Preschool Vision Development- How To Educate Your Child In The Skills They Require To Learn

By:

Preschool is a period of massive development in nearly every area of your child's life. Most important among the physical developments in a preschool child is the development of vision, which is the most important sense involved in just about every aspect of a child's learning. Thus it makes sense that, if a child's visual development is decreased or stunted, then their ability to learn to read and write can be massively compromised.

I am not saying that preschool children have problems seeing things clearly. For the majority of children, a short chat must satisfy you that they are seeing rather well, and that they can see objects and shapes around them in the world. They see color, texture and form, but this is not what concerns me the most.

Preschool Vision

Vision is not just seeing! Vision is both seeing and understanding or interpreting the world around us, and lots of of the key skills that children will want to read, write and spell entail difficult visual skills. For the preschool child, it is not sufficient to simply see letters and start to read. They should realize them, be able to note the main differences between them, understand the coding, the sequence and the sound each letter represents. Then they have to have an sufficiently developed visual memory, which will allow them to commit this series of shapes into letters and then words which carry meaning and significance.

Believe me, I have no trouble seeing Chinese script. But I have no hope in attempting to distinguish them or make sense of them. I don't realize the code, and if a preschool child fails to develop the necessary visual skills, they will have as much chance of reading English as I do of interpreting Chinese!

These visual skills progress naturally in time, nevertheless in lots of children with learning disabilities, they do not advance rapidly enough, causing the child to lag behind their classmates in reading, writing and spelling. As a Behavioral Optometrist, I see these children in later grades, and I am able to train their visual skills, in so doing accelerating their learning ability. We most often have spectacular results, but my next inspiration was, why not apply the same therapies to assist children BEFORE they are suffering with identifiable learning disabilities.

Preschool Vision Therapy

That's why I have designed a special series of therapies developed to help preschool children improve the visual skills that they need to learn quickly and effectively to read, write and spell. I have spent 2 years correlating these, and early examinations show them yielding thrilling results for improving the learning potential of preschool children. I've made them basic to follow, easy to apply and extremely successful, and for the first time ever I am releasing them over the internet. They also represent the most inexpensive therapy that I know of in the world today.

So, if your preschool child is showing signs of struggling, or if you only require to accelerate your preschooler's learning ability to light speed, then please check out our special preschool vision development site.

You might change your child's life forever!
