People have a way of knowing if you genuinely believe in something or if you are just trying to make some cash. That could be a huge factor in your success as a recruiter.

One of the things that many former network marketers complain about is how some companies put a lot of pressure on their members (or actually require them) to buy a lot of products to have on stock to sell to friends. That works for some people, but most people tend to quit with closets full of products and a net loss of money. Find a company that only require a monthly purchase equal to your personal consumption, while they help you to focus on referring others.

Everyone has the option to sell retail, but they can make money by simply using the products and enrolling others who do the same. The question is where you will attain your MLM leads. The old way is to focus on your family and friends, and also, the people whose paths cross yours as you go about your daily activities. The new way to get MLM network marketing leads is using internet marketing to get all your leads. You could do some of both.
