Owning a popcorn maker can be fun for some friends and family to spend some quality time together, especially while watching movies or watching your favorite programs on television. Popcorn makers have different brands and types but now most of the popcorn makers function by using electricity or gas.

Many people usually purchase red popcorn machines because it provides a traditional look and it is old fashioned to the first ones that were made during the 1980s and 1990s. It even has a different range of prices, particularly depending on the variety and size of these popcorn machines.

Always clean your popcorn makers after every use. It will make it last you longer. First, allow the popcorn machine to cool down. After using the popcorn maker, wait until all the components of the popcorn machine has cooled down to room temperature.

Wipe the kettle every time. After the last batch of popcorn is made, never leave an unclean popcorn machine. Use a clean and soft cloth to wipe the lips and side of the kettle.

Use sturdy scrubs. Durable carbon cleaners can be purchased to soften and dissolve on the kettle. Use this to scrub the kettle and wait at least 20 minutes before wiping it off.

A standard window cleaner is enough to clean the walls of the popcorn machine. Make sure all residues are removed already before washing or scrubbing.

Use soap and water. The aluminum corner post and steel trays of the popcorn maker can be cleaned by using soap and water.

Dry the popcorn machine completely before storing it.
