She bought limestones to repair cellars, carved by the Romans during their attack of Gaul, capable of keeping over twenty million bottles. She dedicated to the growth of her brand and when she died, her daughter took control. The business was been sold in 1979 and it's ownership changed for several of years. Today, the Pommery champagne brand flagged under the Vraken Society, which also has Heidsieck & Co Monopole.

The Pommery champagne is one of the subtly refined champagnes. It's not just a wine for the rich and famous, critics condider it one of the best champagnes in the world. The top vintage champagnes sold by Pommery are Louise vintage and Brut Grand Cru vintage. Louise is a mix of Chardonnay, Pinnot Noir and Pinot Meunier matured in oak barrels. A good Blanc de Noir named Wintertime is been made from 100% Pinot Noir. The opposite is Summertime Blanc de Blancs witch is exclusively a Chardonnay wine. Other non-vintage champagnes include Brut Apanage, Brut Royal, Brut Non-Vintage, and the new Pop.

Located in Reims, the House is maintain in great conditions. The Pommery Brand covers more than 125 acres of land, and the legendary house was built in 1858, by Louis Pommery, in Elizabethan Style. The same conditions for quality wine making are kept for almost 2 centuries; the cellars can maintain the same temperature to 20 milllion bottles for years. Tourists can come to the mansion for a tour. They can take a one-hour tour of the property and in the end drink a some delicious champagne.
