If the diet is a long-term plan, though better in nature, it may be discouraging to continue if you are only seeing a modest weight loss. Fat Loss 4 Idiots can start you out on a good note.

Experiencing a 9-pound loss in 11 days is an amazing feeling and you will quickly see that with a little effort, you CAN achieve your weight loss goals. Sometimes, a little inspiration is all we need to make healthy choices on a daily basis.

As well, your taste buds are quite used to foods that taste good to you (simply because this is what you have been eating), but they are the same foods that have made you gain weight. Eating more healthfully with an idiot proof guide will help you enjoy healthy foods and make better choices when you are done with the 11 day plan. The diet has good advice about what to eat and what not to eat.

For instance, if you have been eating fat-free or low-fat foods thinking that these are great choices, you need to consider the fact that they could still be loaded in sugar and calories even if they do not have a lot of fat. The book has advice on this and more concerning food choices.
