Plastic surgery is a procedure of cosmetic surgery carried out by surgeons to improve the look and appearance of a particular part of the body. This surgical procedure is also very effective to improve emotional and psychological affects. This cosmetic plastic surgery has become very popular between people to enhance their looks and redecorate their bodies. This surgical treatment is less painful and gives more realistic looking results compared to any other treatment. This procedure is also very useful for masking or undoing the destructive effects of trauma, disease or previous surgeries. But, thus surgical procedure is little complex and requires an expert surgeons to perform it effectively.

Plastic surgery is increasing popularity in both men and women equally over the last few years. Now days, in society places there are very much pressure on both men and women to look good. They both are mainly judged by their physical appearance. Nonetheless, this trend has started to change particularly with the rise of celebrity culture. Men as well as women both are much more concerned with how they look, dress and feel. If the person is selected for the treatment then they will have to complete an admission form. This is a normal procedure and will not take very long time. After the admission procedure, the patient will be settled into the room and nurse will performs some pre-surgery checks which include blood pressure check up and taking urine samples. After this, the patient will wear a pair of compression stroking and an injection is given of a blood thinning drug called Herapin, if required. After the treatment, the doctor will visit the patients to check the results and to ensure that the patient is satisfied or not.

During the recovery period, patients are suggested to get up and move around as much in order to prevent blood clots in legs. If the patients have some small tubes into the surgical wounds which are used to drain off any excess fluids. These tubes will be removed in a day or so. Some medicines are also prescribed if the patients feel some soreness and bruising after the procedure. Keep in mind, everyones time period is different when it comes to recovery.
