Demonstrate understanding of a written plan of care. You should demonstrate complete understanding of short and long term goals in the patient's plan.

Monitor the patient and adjust according to your written plan of care and goals. You must keep in mind both the short term and long term goals as laid out by the physical therapist.

Evaluate the patient's progress toward the goals as written out by the physical therapist.

Provide the care is laid out by the physical therapist in various settings. There may be other settings
where you will be required to work, secondary and even tertiary settings.

You must demonstrate the ability to follow the various guidelines and procedures that the institution you work at requires.

Being a socially responsible citizen and working in your local community.

Continually enhances personal education for better performance.
