For an organisation the advantages are clear adequate training for professionals will allow them to understand how to use alternatives to restraint.

At the same time it will provide an understanding of the legalities surrounding restraint and an ability to interpret the meaning of the legal terms reasonable and proportionate. In the modern working environment the use of effective and comprehensive Restraint Training is essential for many public and private organisations.
