When there is a new thing in the market then we have to look into first and then only decide what it is! These days I saw many people running into conclusions without knowing much regarding the kind of service or product the company is providing.


I heard people saying that free relay services are fake and they are not free of cost. How come they will come into wrong conclusions without even checking out the services? There has been a rumor that these services are not free of cost and they are going to charge us towards the end. But this is not true. I am using these services since a long time and they never billed me and I did not have any issues with them. They are so friendly in nature and what all they provide is so clean and clear.


What they say in their site is true and do not listen to others words. There has been a gossip that these services are not free and so the people started popularizing it in the same way. We must encourage these kinds of services but not make fun of the people who are ready to help the people like me. I am not blaming all but the ones who are making wrong statements on this.


When I asked my friend why he is not using the free relay calls and why he is still stuck with the old TTY then he told me this that these are not free. When I tried to convince him he told me that that was the fact and all of his friends are not using it because of the same reason and it became like a mouth to mouth advertising. It took a long time for me to convince him and explain him the benefits he will get by means of this. Finally I agreed to this and started to have a trial for once. Then he spoke to me over the relay calls and he waited until the end of the month and as they did not bill him he came out of the false statement that they will charge us for using the service. From then on he threw his TTY and started using the relay calls.


Because of these false rumors people are not able to utilize many of the benefits which they are having. If you want to make a comment on any then first you know personally what it is and how does it work and then you start making a comment on that. Or else be frank and say that you did not use them so you are not aware of them.


Hope everyone realizes this fact and stop making false statements either it might be praising or scolding. Be sure of what you are doing. Thank you
