The Phoenix Palace Hotel located in the capital city of China (which is Beijing) is a hotel that is graded with 3 stars. Even though the hotel is situated in the heart of the downtown area, the rooms inside the hotel are as quiet as they could get because they are just next to the southern gate of Rendinghu Park.

There are several attractions located near the hotel such as the Forbidden City, Wangfujing Street and the Olympic Village which can all be reached in 10 minutes by car. Aside from those, the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven can be reached within 15 minutes by car too. Teach room in the hotel is equipped with a cable TV and high-speed internet access.

There are several good things about this hotel and one of the previous customers could attest to that. This person was introduced to this hotel by a Chinese colleague. He said he would have not found it if it were not for his friend because even taxi drivers do not know this place. He added that the place was very beautiful. Even though the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it is very quiet because of its strategic location inside the Rending Park.

I stay here often in the course of business, and I think it's very restful and the price is really very good. The staff are friendly, but you probably need to speak Chinese to be comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but adequate, as is the restaurant for other meals. If you want a quiet, clean base of operations centrally located in north Beijing, you couldn't find a better option.

Another former client pointed out the bad things about the hotel and he said that he could see the long windows of the park in the hotel and the place is generally quiet. He also added that the room was small and the space is compacted.

He noted that there is only a single bathroom and the decoration is very ordinary with the bed mostly white in color. The hotel is not that easy to track to especially after you have been throughout the city the whole day and you just want to get home and sleep.
