Philadelphia Phillies Getting The Most Out Of Their Season

The Phillies are poised to make a grand second half of the season in the coming months. The momentum that they have will allow them to head into the post season with a strong sense of ready to dominate the rest of the teams.

There is also the fact that the team worked long and hard in order to make sure that they secured the services of Halliday. This was the most sought out free agent that all of the teams were seeking out for their bullpen. The Phillies were the lucky one that won the bidding war and as a result were able to boost a huge addition to their pitching rotation. There are several other players that will be able to add a great addition to the pitching rotation of the team.

The batting order will also play a vital role in the defense of the team heading to post season play. This batting order will be the heart and soul of the team and as a result will lead to the team making huge plays that will send the team to the playoffs in the end of the season. The Phillies are looking to set a single season team record for the number of home runs that were scored. This will be a vital thing to keep an eye out for as the season progress further along.

The Phillies outfield will also be an area that the team will need to make sure that they keep in a well-oiled machine setting, the more that the team pushes in the outfield, then the more that the team is looking to make the big plays. These plays will be the key in making sure that the team has continued success in the coming months. The first half of the season has been one to remember, and there is reason to believe that the second part of the season will be as great as the first.

There are a lot of fans that are looking at the second half of the season as being a slugfest for the Phillies; they will see this as an opportunity, to make the rest of the season as exciting as the first half of the season was. This will be a long hard struggle for the team to have the same amount of success that they had in the first half of the season.
