OK... a replica of an area in Texas history!
Tealbriar could be a tiny unique neighborhood of replicas of historic Texas homes. Home size ranges from 6400 to 7000 square feet engineered on tons starting from 37000 to 54,000 sq. feet. All are $1 million + homes. This one-of-a-kind neighborhood is located in The Woodlands Texas Village of Indian Springs.

The house at 11 Tealbriar could be a reproduction of the Sterling Robertson Clark home in Bell County Texas. The first home was designed between 1856 and 1860. In 1984, the home became a Texas historic landmark and appeared within the National Register of Historic Places.

This replica home in Tealbriar is the historic antebellum Texas plantation home merged with these days's energy-potency technology. Major space amenities are as follows:

Family Room (22 x 20) Towering stone hearth with designed-ins plus twenty foot wall of windows overlooking the backyard forest and pool area. All of the wood flooring is a pair of x half dozen tongue and groove 1 center match pine hand -laid and hand-stained.

Sterling Robinson Clark was the earliest known breeder of Arabian horses in Texas.
