1) Chemical derusting: mainly by the chemical reaction between acid and metallic oxides and thus remove the rust corrosion on the metal surface, which is known as pickling rust, and can only be operated in the workshop.
2) Small-sized pneumatic or electric derusting: electricity or compressed air is worked as driving force and equipped with suitable derusting device for reciprocating or rotary movement to meet the derusting requirements of a variety of occasions. For example, the angel grinder and wire brush which belong to semi-mechanized equipment are very light and handy, and of great mobility. They can completely derust but can not achieve high qualified surface treatment.
3) High-pressure water abrasive derusting: by the impact of high-pressure water jet (plus the grinding effect of abrasive), the prized role of water damage and corrosion and the coatings adhesion on the plate shelves. Its characteristics are: no dust pollution, no damage to steel and high derusting efficiency.
4) Daubing anti-oxidation paint derusting: daubing mineral oil, paint or enamel on the surface of ironwork, or plating a layer of metal such as zinc, tin, chrome, etc by electroplating or hot dip. The surface of these metals can form a dense sull that can prevent contacting with water, air and other materials.
