Multi-level marketing, or MLM, is a strategy for marketing products using traditional sales forces in a non-traditional way. Prior to MLM, sales force members were compensated for only the direct sales he or she generated. MLM compensation differs from this approach by compensating sales force members not only for direct sales but also for sales generated from their downline, or a group of distributors recruited by them.

A relatively new company called One24 has created what could become a revolutionary MLM compensation plan. Offering a product called Natraburst, a nutrient dense food source in powdered form, One24 has devised a linear compensation plan that appears to almost guarantee income to members.

If you want to become a member of One24 you sign up on One24s website. You are then placed on a waiting list. Once you get off of the waiting list and you have placed an order for Natraburst on a monthly automatic shipment plan, you become an Ordering Preferred Customer or OPC. To gain entrance into One24s commission structure, you need to have a Green Ticket.

Heres how you get a Green Ticket and how the Green Ticket works. After you become an OPC, One24 issues twenty-four Green Tickets to you. You can use one Green Ticket each month to take one person off of the waiting list you have created. Once that person orders and thereby achieves OPC status, you are designated an Active Preferred Customer or APC. At this point, you are eligible to fully participate in the linear incentivized referral plan, or IRP, set up by One24. You can now derive income through direct and indirect sales of One24s product.

One24s IRP provides APCs with four income sources. A discussion of two of them will illustrate the importance of the Green Ticket in determining the amount of money you make.

A source of commissions is through One24 Green Income. Green Income represents the amount of money generated monthly by all of the OPCs and APCs, or Greens that you and your referrals have generated, limited by a cap. Each month you will receive $1.50 for each unit of product sold by all of your Greens. Of course, you must have used a Green Ticket before being allowed to participate in this fund at all, but once you gain entrance, the amount of income you receive is ultimately based on the number of Green Tickets used by you and others.

Another source of commission income comes from the Silver Performance Bonus pool. Eight percent of the companys total monthly sales fund this pool. After you have become an APC, all PCs referred by PCs above you become your Silvers. All of your APCs are Silvers as well. Your Silvers referrals also become your Silvers. Your participation in this bonus is based on the number of Silvers you have, that is, the number of Green Tickets used by you and others.
One24 has created an innovative IRP with numerous and steady opportunities for members to generate income. All of it hinges on one simple but ingenious idea, that of a virtual Green Ticket used to gain entrance into a new world of MLM compensation.
