One Make Or Break Tip To Successful Visualization

By:

Im sure that by now, were all aware that creative visualization is one of the key tools to attracting abundance.

I remember when I first started off, about 14 years ago, I used to think I sucked at visualization. I would lament about how all this cool stuff wouldnt work for me all because I probably wasnt a visual person.

Then, one day, I heard a really cool suggestion that I decided to tryand it all changed immediately. I began visualizing with ease and a level of vividness that Id never experienced before.

You see, the whole point to creative visualization is to create the feelings of already having whatever it is that you want. In order to create those feelings, the visualization needs to be as vivid as possible. The more vivid, the more effective the practice thats just the truth.

So heres the tip that turned it all around for medescribe out loud as youre picturing having that thing or experience. Also, let the words flow, dont filter or think about what you say before you say it. Just allow yourself to freely describe out loud.

A cool addon to thatis to get your hands and body involved. So literally move you hands and your body get as many senses as possible involved in the imagined scene.

Just applying those two ideas to my visualizations allowed them to flow so much easier. No longer did I have to force myself to create vivid imageryit just sorta came to me.

I got the inspiration for this post from Evelyn over at Abundance Tapestry. Check out her post on 10 Tips To Making Creative Visualization Fun: http://www.abundancetapestry.com/10-sure-fire-tips-to-making-creative-visualization-fun/
