After having a two day off in your work schedule you never feel like working the next day at office. It happens to every guy or girl who works in a five day week format. That feeling couldnt be just explained in words. It is a terrible feeling when the manager asks for the targets and youre not even close to achieve it. Is the problem with Monday or the weekend? I dont think anyone would say that weekend is the problem. Monday is the biggest hurdle when you are a normal office goer with 9 to 6 timing.
As my boss is after targets, I take some time out from my very boring day, just to pen down my experience in the weekend. How often do you people doing crazy things? Very few, right. My friends come in that category. The reason I came to know when we all ventured out together last two days. On Friday night friends came to my place planning for an outing for two days. It was a sudden plan and even I liked the idea. I carried a bag with me in which I had extra pair of clothes and other stuffs. We were four of them and we had a car with us and decided to drive to the place. The shocker was that we were going to Goa for two days and that too by road. I was completely blank as I didnt have any words to share with them. It was a continuous drive for at least 8 hours, we all taking our turn to drive while others sleeping. We reached south Goa by early morning and to my surprise my friends has already booked an accommodation for a day in Hotel Graciano Cottage.
I didnt knew that why he was spending so much for a day of accommodation in Goa. It was later I came to know that the hotel was managed by
Panoramic Universal Ltd. We got our accommodation through a consultancy where one of my friends works. The consultant has some kind of tie up with Panoramic Universal ltd. coz of which we got the room at such a short notice. We checked in there and after having a nice breakfast decided to hit the beach. The beach was crowded as every beach in Goa. We had some beers before trying our hand in all the water sport activities. It was fun when we knew we had just a day to enjoy every bit of action in Goa.
All we did the entire day drink and party. There are many pubs which you should visit once you go there. There are many pubs with live jazz music; if jazz interests you then you should definitely try the pubs in south Goa. The next day we vacated the room around noon and started our journey back. The hotel staffs were very kind and were there whenever we required them. It took us 10 hours to reach Mumbai back. This was the craziest thing which my friends did in two days. How can one just possibly go to Goa from Mumbai just for a day, that too driving all the way? It was a tiring experience but a worth one. We enjoyed our every moment in
Graciano Cottage and in the colva beach.
Now, its almost time for me to pack up and go home without submitting todays report. The first thing next morning which my boss will ask is for the report. To which I have to think a reason whole night.
